To empower Graduate Medical Clinical Officers by providing a unified platform for advocacy, professional development, collaboration, and advancement of the welfare of its members — thereby enhancing the quality of healthcare delivery in Uganda.

Our Objectives

  1. Promote the professional interests and welfare of Graduate Medical Clinical Officers.
  2. Advocate for the recognition and career progression of Graduate Medical Clinical Officers.
  3. Provide a platform for continuous professional development and networking among members.
  4. Represent members' interests in discussions with government bodies, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders.
  5. Promote research, innovation, and excellence in clinical practice.
  6. Foster collaboration and partnership with other healthcare professionals and organizations.
  7. Represent Graduate Medical Clinical Officers in governmental and non-governmental forums.
  8. Promote ethical practices, professionalism, and high standards of healthcare delivery among members.
  9. Foster unity, cooperation, and networking among members and other healthcare professionals.
  10. Engage in public health promotion, outreach programmes, and community service.
